I'm Xiaoyue Gu, an illustrator and comic artist. I create expressive, narrative illustrations across editorial, publishing and commercial projects, combining playful characters with dynamic visual storytelling.
I primarily work digitally, often incorporating coloured pencil, watercolour and collage textures into my illustrations.
I also create original comics and have experience working for Weekly Shōnen Magazine, alongside freelance illustration and comic commissions.
